The University requires that host departments enter information on all Category 2 and 3 Academic Visitors, regardless of nationality and institutional affiliation, into the MyEC Electronic Visitor system. - Category 1 Visit (Short-Term, Non-Laboratory Visits Lasting Less than 14 Days)
- Category 2 Visit in the Humanities or Social Sciences (Long-Term, Non-Laboratory Visits Lasting More than 14 Days)
- Category 2 and 3 Visits in the STEM or STEM-Health-Sciences Fields (Whether Laboratory or Clinically Based or Not)
