New Procedures for Completing Visitor Agreement Documents

Beginning July 1, 2022, the Office of Trade Compliance will source all visitor agreement documents to potential Visitors and the Visitors' home institutions for signatures. Departmental administrators will no longer perform this function. Departmental administrators will still prepare and submit a MyEC record for potential Visitors, but the Office of Trade Compliance will then follow up with Visitors to acquire signed visitor agreement documents.
